Nicole was the scientific partner and curriculum developer for the core team, during the design and roll-out of ZQRX Certified Regenerative Wool Index.
ZQRX is a regenerative agriculture index that helps farmers work with nature to continuously improve human, animal and environmental outcomes.
On the release of the program, half of New Zealand’s high country farmers signed up , committing over 5 million acres to a regenerative challenge. Enabling farmers to beyond sustainability by deeply understanding the complex interactions between their livestock, soils, climate, ecology and community.

Since 2020 Integrity Soils has partnered with the Intertribal Agriculture Council (IAC), with collaborative trainings, developing curriculum and processes to deepen the vision and mission of this vital organisation. IAC is tasked by its 574 federally recognized member Tribes, to advance unique agricultural priorities on more than 56 million acres of land.
