Felix Egerer
Viticulturist · Systems Coach
Felix has been part of the Integrity Soils and Learning Field community since 2021, first as a member of the inaugural CREATE cohort and, since 2022, as part of the coaching team.
Originally from Germany and now based on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Felix coaches students and executives around the world while stewarding 125 acres of premium wine grapes alongside a team of 20. Working with both people and land has given him a distinct lens on leadership: he helps clients see and strengthen the whole system rather than manage a list of separate tasks — through clear and kind communication, strong feedback loops, healthy structure, and a shared understanding of how every piece supports the whole.
Tanya Massy
Tanya is a farmer, storyteller, and agro-ecological coach who walks
alongside leaders as they find their way back to ground.
She has lived and worked across rural, remote, and urban spaces — farms, outback arts festivals, regional food hubs, community enterprises, and
government offices — always rethreading connection between people,
land, and the ties that hold us together.
A graduate of the Integrity Soils CREATE Yellowstone program, Tanya served on the coaching team for CREATE Down Under, and continues to deepen a transformational coaching practice grounded in community and earth.
She currently combines hands-on farm management with individual and enterprise coaching, and convenes systemic partnerships as Ecosystem Development Lead at Sustainable Table. She brings emotional insight, dance breaks, and a generous, attuned presence to the Senior Leadership Team
Dom Walker
Dom Walker is an agroecology-trained coach working with leading land stewards and organisations to solve complex problems and grow regenerative agriculture. He is currently Business Advisory Lead at Sustainable Table, an organisation focused on scaling technical advisory for regenerative enterprises and raising capital to empower the next generation of land stewards.
Dom brings deep expertise in farm business management, entrepreneurship, and farm finance, helping producers make small business work while regenerating the land they farm. He's spent his career at the intersection of regenerative agriculture and enterprise: building financial models, leading succession planning, and facilitating peer-cohort and family governance programs for some of Australia's leading regenerative producers. After many years with RCS Australia, he still works part-time as a business coach and advisor to a small cohort of trusted, long-term clients there.
While Dom has a decade of technical experience in ecological agriculture extension, his true passion lies in the human element of change-making. He loves working with people, uncovering what makes them tick, what drives them, and what holds them back.
He holds an M.A. in Food Systems from New York University and is a 2025 graduate of the CREATE program with Integrity Soils. He has worked across Australia, Latin America, and Timor-Leste, and is always looking forward to the next adventure.
Greg Mumm
Greg brings a distinctive combination of experience in high-performance coaching, leadership, business and agriculture. Before becoming a first-generation farmer and building a diversified food and farming business, he spent 12 years as a professional rugby union coach and later established a business supporting professional athletes as they navigated the transition from elite sport into life and work beyond their playing careers.
His coaching is grounded in a long-standing interest in what enables people to change, grow and perform in complex environments. Greg holds a Masters in Coach Education and a research Masters in Education focused on intrinsic motivation, and completed the CREATE Yellowstone program in 2024/25 before working as a coach of this program in 2025/26. Across his work, he has developed a particular interest in helping people move from knowing what needs to change to actually putting that change into practice.
Greg and his wife Lisa now run a diversified farming and food business in New South Wales, encompassing regenerative livestock production, direct-to-consumer sales, butcher and food businesses, and farm-based accommodation. As both a producer and business owner, Greg has firsthand experience of the competing demands, uncertainty and constant decision-making that come with leading within agriculture and the wider food system.
He brings this practical perspective to his coaching with farmers, business owners and food system leaders, creating space to step outside the day-to-day, challenge assumptions, clarify what matters and translate intention into meaningful action.
